1. Agreement

By accessing or using adasafe.ai you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

adasafe.ai is operated by adasafe.ai, registered in the United Arab Emirates.

2. The service

adasafe.ai provides automated web accessibility scanning, WCAG 2.1/2.2 violation detection, AI-generated fix suggestions, and PDF compliance reports to help businesses meet ADA, WCAG, and EAA accessibility requirements.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By using the service you represent that:

  • All registration information is true and accurate
  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
  • You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are not a minor in your jurisdiction
  • Your use will not violate any applicable law

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@adasafe.ai.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax calculation, and payment processing on our behalf. adasafe.ai never receives or stores your payment card data.

Prices are in USD and may change with prior notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on initial subscription purchases. No questions asked. Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day window are non-refundable.

EU and UK customers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right on initial purchases, handled automatically by Paddle.

6. Cancellation

Cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until the period ends.

7. Complaints

We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. Contact support@adasafe.ai with your complaint. If unresolved, EU customers may contact their national consumer protection authority. UK customers may contact Citizens Advice or the Competition and Markets Authority.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scan websites you do not own or have explicit permission to scan
  • Scan authenticated, login-protected, or private pages without authorization
  • Attempt to circumvent scan quotas or limits
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
  • Impersonate other users or provide false information
  • Use automated scripts to abuse the service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

9. Accessibility scan disclaimer

Scan results and PDF reports are informational tools only. They do not constitute legal advice, guarantee WCAG or ADA compliance, or provide protection from accessibility-related lawsuits.

Users are responsible for implementing fixes and verifying compliance with a qualified accessibility professional or legal counsel. adasafe.ai makes no warranty that use of the platform will render any website fully compliant with ADA, Section 508, WCAG 2.1/2.2, or EAA requirements.

10. Intellectual property

All platform code, design, branding, and content is owned by adasafe.ai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Scan results and reports generated from your URLs belong to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

11. User representations

By using the service you warrant that:

  • You have authority to scan the URLs you submit
  • You will not misuse or misrepresent scan results
  • You will comply with all applicable laws
  • Your use will not infringe third-party rights
  • You are not located in a US-sanctioned country

12. Services management

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor the service for policy violations
  • Remove or restrict access to any content
  • Suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations
  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time

13. Third-party services

The service integrates with third-party providers including Paddle, Anthropic, Supabase, and others. We are not responsible for third-party services. Links to third-party sites do not constitute endorsement.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADASAFE.AI IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 6 MONTHS PRIOR TO ANY CLAIM.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless adasafe.ai and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

17. Electronic communications

By using the service you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.

18. California users

If any complaint with us is not satisfactorily resolved, California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, California 95834 or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.

19. Corrections

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the service or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC) in Dubai, UAE. Arbitration shall be conducted in English by one arbitrator.

21. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
