adasafe.ai is a digital SaaS product. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, taxes, and refund processing on our behalf.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@adasafe.ai with your order details, or visit paddle.net directly. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and will appear on your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day window
  • Partial months or unused scan credits

5. Exceptions

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@adasafe.ai and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Consumer Rights

If you are located in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase under applicable consumer protection laws. This right is handled automatically by Paddle.
