We do not sell or share your personal information

adasafe does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for advertising or monetary consideration. We only process data to deliver the scanning service you requested.

What we collect

Your account email address.
URLs you submit for scanning.
Violation metadata returned by our accessibility scanner (rule ID, impact level, CSS selector, description). We never store raw HTML, screenshots, or personal data present on scanned pages.
Billing identifiers from our payment processor (Paddle). Card numbers never touch our servers.

Request deletion of your data

Use the Delete My Account button in your dashboard, which removes all of your scans, violations, and profile data within 30 days. You may also email us at [email protected] and we will process the request manually.

Request a copy of your data

Use the Export My Data button in your dashboard to download a JSON file of every record we hold about you.
