Billing questions

What counts as one scan?

One run against one site. A multi-page scan of 100 pages counts as a single scan against your monthly allowance, not 100.

What happens when I run out of scans?

Scanning pauses until your allowance resets on the first of the month. Nothing is deleted, your reports stay available, and scheduled monitoring resumes on its own. Upgrade at any time to carry on straight away.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from the billing portal in your account, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How long does the one-time Verified Scan last?

You get 90 days of dashboard access to work through the findings. The public verification link for the report stays live permanently.

Are taxes included?

Paddle is our merchant of record and handles VAT and sales tax at checkout, based on where you are. Prices are shown in USD and billed in your local currency.
